Cancellation policy
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, or in case of no-show.
- A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
- A cancellation fee of 10% applies for cancellations made 7 or more days in advance.

Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:
- You have expressly agreed to participate, join, enter, use, play and/or access to FLEE Escape Games at your sole risk. FLEE does not warrant the reliability, accuracy, completeness, current or error-free of the product, content and materials included.
- FLEE shall not be responsible for any risk, hazard, danger, security, threat, safety and/or protection from FLEE Escape Game.
- You shall not be allowed to record, capture or snap any photograph, video, film, tape, audio recording whatsoever before, during and after the FLEE Escape Game.
- FLEE Escape Game is a live event so once the booking is confirmed; refunds, cancellations are not accepted within 4 days prior to the game.
- FLEE Escape Game reserves the right to update or modify terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- 5% Admission tax is a mandatory requirement from the city for all the escape game venues. FLEE Escape Game only collects the tax on behalf of the city that our escape rooms are located.
- FLEE reserves the right to refuse the service if participants are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to your booking. We do have to keep a strict schedule, so if you arrive late you may not receive the full 60 minutes in the escape room. If you arrive after the start time of your VR session, you will completely miss your session. We do not offer any refunds or reschedules for late arrivals or no shows.
Absolutely! Each Escape room booking at FLEE is private, feel free to bring extra players up to the maximum capacity of the chosen theme. Extra players can pay for their game when they arrive. For the VR game, you can always add extra players to your existing session from our website as long as those seats are still available.
We highly recommend that you book through our booking page to see our available game times for Escape Rooms and VR games.

For Party Packages and Facility Rental, rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before your scheduled event. A 10% rescheduling fee would apply if you would like to reschedule within 7 days of your scheduled event.
