Real life room escape game brings video/on-line room escape games (originated in Japan) into live, interactive and immersive theme games. In the game, you play the main character. You and your group discover puzzles and crack codes to unlock the final door to escape.

All you need to bring is yourself, some friends, and a winning spirit! Everything else you need to solve the puzzles is already inside the rooms.

You have 60 minutes to try and solve all the puzzles in order to escape. You get up to a maximum of 3 hints from staff on site to help you solve the puzzles.

Escape rooms are a fun and engaging brain workout, but teamwork is the key to success. Players work together to spot clues, think logically, and come up with creative solutions under time pressure. Communication, collaboration, and attention to detail will take you far. Difficulty of our escape rooms goes from Easy to Medium to Hard. While the core puzzle style remains consistent, higher-difficulty rooms require stronger critical thinking, faster problem-solving, and efficient teamwork. Some rooms may involve light physical movement, such as bending or crawling through a small opening. However, most of our rooms are accessible, and alternative routes or solutions are always available when needed.

We do not have any minimum age or height requirement for Escape Rooms. However, if there is anyone below the age of 9 going into the escape rooms, we need someone above the age of 13 to accompany them and be with the younger kids at all times in the escape rooms. A lot of our puzzles and props in the escape rooms are fragile and expensive so we request all guests/ kids to exhibit caution to avoid getting hurt or damage something unintentionally.

All our escape rooms, except The Lift, can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests which is a fire safety requirement. Anyone above the age of 2 years counts towards this 8 person capacity for our escape rooms. The Lift Escape room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

We allow one kid below the age of 8 to go in for Free in the escape room as long as there are 2 accompanying adults booking the escape room. Only 1 kid below the age of 8 can go in for free for a single escape room booking and this kid will still count towards the 8 person maximum capacity of the room.

All of our escape room puzzles are designed keeping teenagers and adults in mind. However, Flee Escape has successfully hosted 100s of birthday parties for Children that are 9 years and older. Younger kids will definitely need more help (clues) to solve the puzzles in the escape rooms and our goal for younger kids is not necessarily to solve the puzzles and escape but to get introduced to the concept of escape rooms, team-work, collaboration, puzzle-solving, and more importantly having fun with friends. Our Prison Escape and Ancient Egypt Escape Rooms are wildly popular amongst kids and teenagers and a testament to that is Flee Escape winning 'Best in the PNW - Best Children's Birthday Party Venue'.

Flee Escape has 6 Escape Rooms on site at its Redmond Facility and has successfully hosted large groups of up to 40 guests that wanted to do Escape Rooms. If there are more than 8 guests in a party, we just have the group book multiple Escape Rooms and we will split the entire group into different rooms and also start the rooms at the same time so that the group is still doing the activity together. We charge for Escape rooms by player and not by room so the price for booking multiple rooms will still be charged at $40/person. We also offer discounted pricing for Escape Room Party Packages that have 16 or more guests.

All our escape rooms are kids-appropriate - not scary, no jump-scares, and perfect for all age groups. For kids 9-13 years old that don't have a lot of experience with escape rooms, we recommend starting those kids off with The Lift (max of 4 guests), Prison Escape, and Ancient Egypt. However, there are some kids that have done a lot of escape rooms and have enjoyed and successfully escaped from some of our other Intermediate and Advanced Escape Rooms too - Ice Walker, Steampunk Submarine, and Museum Heist.

For date nights, Escape Rooms are a great way to break the ice, collaborate, and share a fun, adrenaline-filled experience. Nothing brings people closer like solving puzzles and beating the clock as a team. For bachelor and bachelorette parties, our escape rooms offer an exciting group activity that's interactive, energetic, and perfect for all personalities - whether your group loves strategy, adventure, or friendly competition. Plus, our escape rooms can easily be paired with Zero Latency VR games, board games, photo booth, snacks, drinks, or other celebrations before or after your game to make it a complete night out. We recommend booking only for the minimum number of guests that are sure to attend to reserve the room. All our Escape Rooms are private events so once you book, the room is reserved only for your group even if you have booked the room just for 2 guests. If more guests show up, you can pay for them on the day of the event when you arrive and add them to your room as long as you are still below the room maximum capacity.

At Zero Latency VR, you can choose from multiple session lengths depending on how much time you want to play: 15 minutes – Great for first-time players or a quick VR experience 30 minutes – Our most popular option, perfect for immersive gameplay 45 minutes – Ideal for gamers and groups who want extended play time Your session time refers to actual in-game VR play time inside the free-roam arena.

We require every player going into the VR arena to be at least 9 years or older and at least 4 ft 5 inches tall. In order to minimize damage to our VR equipment and for kids to not get hurt, we suggest absolutely no running around or bumping into each other.

The HTC VIVE FOCUS 3 VR headset we use for all our VR games is adjustable and can fit over most glasses. We believe that if your prescription is less than -3.00 and you can see more than 3 inches away very clearly, you don’t have to wear glasses while playing in virtual reality.

A maximum of 8 players. Our experience does not support any additional players. For larger groups, you will need to book back-to-back sessions and we also offer discounted packages for larger groups.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes early, especially for your first visit. We need at least 10 minutes for the guests to sign the waivers and create their player profile for the VR game.

No you don't need to sign anything prior to arrival for your VR game. We would need to have each of the player sign the waiver upon arrival. This is required to play. All participants under the age of 16 will require a parent or guardians signature.

Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems. Since changing our headsets in November 2016, 0.02% of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness.

For kids between 9 to 13 years old, we recommend Engineerium and Sol Raiders. Engineerium is the perfect introduction to VR where kids will Puzzle their way through a fantastical path in the clouds, where a host of delightful views and visions await their discovery. Sol Raiders is like a VR laser tag where the group is split up into 2 teams and have to battle it out for the win across three adrenaline-fueled environments.. For kids and teenagers that can handle shooting games and are not afraid of zombies and aliens, Outbreak VR and Space Marine are our all-time fan favorite, award-winning titles. We recommend Far Cry VR only for kids 16 and older because of the use of profanity.

Flee Escape offers different party packages for groups of 8 or more. You can book consecutive 30 minute VR games and each game session can accommodate a maximum of 8 players. We will also offer escape room and VR party packages where groups would be split up to play escape room and VR games at the same time minimizing wait time. For groups of 30 or more, we recommend our private facility rental that gives you complete and exclusive access to our 9000 sq ft facility.

Flee Escape, Best of the PNW's award-winning entertainment center for Children's Best Birthday Party Venue is perfect for kids of all ages regardless of their experience level with escape rooms and VR games. Below is the age and height requirement for all our escape rooms and VR games: - Escape Rooms - if there is any kid below the age of 9, we need an adult or someone above the age of 13 to be in the room with the kid at all times. - VR games - all kids participating in VR games need to be minimum 9 years of age and at least 4 ft 5 inches tall in order to handle our VR headset and gun equipment. Absolutely no running around or mishandling of equipment will be allowed by the game host monitoring the VR games.

Every party package includes one full hour of dedicated party time in addition to your Escape Room or VR experience. During this time, you’ll have access to a private and reserved area in our lobby where your group can relax, celebrate, and enjoy time together and can accommodate up to 20-25 guests. The party hour is perfect for: Cake cutting and food time, Opening presents, Socializing and taking photos, and Cooling down and celebrating after the game. Our team will help get your group settled and keep things running smoothly so you can focus on enjoying the celebration. You’re welcome to bring your own cake, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages, and we’ll take care of the rest. This extra party time makes the experience feel complete—giving your group space to celebrate without feeling rushed.

Absolutely, you can do that! We have a small party room (8-10 guests) and a large party room (up to 35 guests) that you can upgrade your party package too if you wanted to get some more private time for your group after your games are done. We provide a 50% discount to upgrade to a large party room.

We don't offer any decoration material or food/ plates/ silverware for the party packages and request the host to make arrangements for these as necessary. Any decoration material that could damage our floors or walls are not permitted and we require the party host to clean everything up before they leave.

We have a refrigerator in our large party room where we allow guests to store their cake. Our large party room also has a microwave, cooktop range, and a TV with Xbox however that is exclusively reserved for the guests that reserve the large party room. If you want access to these appliances, we recommend upgrading your party package to the large party room instead of using the reserved lobby area

Yes, both our small and large party rooms are private rooms that you can book separately. Small party room is suitable for kids' birthday parties for 8-10 kids max. Large party room is suitable for large groups of 10 or more guests and can accommodate up to 35-40 guests.

We offer Escape Room only, VR only, and Escape Room + VR combo package for 8 or more guests. In the 16 person Escape room package, you will get 2 Escape rooms of your choice and the group will be split up into 2 groups of 8 and they will do the Escape rooms at the same time for an hour. In the 16 person VR package, the group will again be split up into 2 groups of 8 and the two groups will do 30 minute VR session of their choice one after the other since we only have a single VR arena. In the 3 hour Escape + VR combo package, the group will first do escape rooms, followed by VR followed by their 1 hour of party time in the lobby area. We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to your booking. We do have to keep a strict schedule, so if you arrive late you may not receive the full 60 minutes in the escape room. If you arrive after the start time of your VR session, you will completely miss your session. We do not offer any refunds or reschedules for late arrivals or no shows.

Absolutely! Each Escape room booking at FLEE is private, feel free to bring extra players up to the maximum capacity of the chosen theme. Extra players can pay for their game when they arrive. For the VR game, you can always add extra players to your existing session from our website as long as those seats are still available.

We highly recommend that you book through our booking page to see our available game times for Escape Rooms and VR games. Walk-ins are welcome but reservations will be honored on a first come first serve basis.

For individual Escape room and VR game bookings, A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance, or in case of no-show. A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance. A cancellation fee of 10% applies for cancellations made 14 or more days in advance. For party package and facility rental bookings, A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, or in case of no-show. For individual game bookings, rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to your reservation for free. We do not allow rescheduling within 24 hours of your event. For Party Packages and Facility Rental, rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before your scheduled event. A 10% rescheduling fee would apply if you would like to reschedule within 7 days of your scheduled event. If you want to reschedule within 24 hours or 7 days of your scheduled event, please contact us at info@fleeescape.com and rescheduling fee may apply in this case.

Players who are pregnant, elderly or have any underlying heart and breathing problems are suggested to join with extra precaution. Players are recommended not to wear any form of clothing, shoes or accessories that will hinder movement and result in accidental injury. Players are forbidden to bring explosive, flammable or sharp items including but not limited to: Lighters, knives, penknives and toxic chemicals. FLEE Escape reserves the right to prevent entry or stop the game at any point in time if safety regulations are compromised.

We recommend groups larger than 30 or groups of executives and special guests that want to make it a private event to go with our Facility Rental option. Facility rental reserves our entire 9000 sq ft for the duration of your event just for your group and gives you complete flexibility over how you want to pace your event giving you unlimited and unrestricted access to all the escape rooms, VR games, lobby area, and party rooms that can accommodate up to 115 guests. For groups larger than 35 guests, we do cater vegetarian food options along with soft beverages upon request.

We offer different facility rental options to accommodate groups of different sizes - 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, and 5 hours. Our most popular facility rental option is the 3 hour facility rental that is perfect for groups less than 50 guests. For groups larger than 70 guests, we recommend going for the 4 hour or 5 hour option to allow sufficient time for everyone to enjoy the escape rooms and VR games leaving enough time to socialize, food and drinks, etc.

We don't sell any food at our facility however we do cater vegetarian only food from some of the Seattle's best restaurants for groups of 30 or more at an extra charge. All of our food options come with unlimited soft beverages that include Pepsi and Coke Products, Gatorade, Redbull, Mexican Coke, Bottled water, etc. If you are only interested in unlimited soft beverages and want to cater food from outside, you can email us at info@fleeescape.com and we can help you with pricing for that too.

Absolutely! We have no restriction on food that you want to cater from outside. We have a lot of good restaurants nearby that deliver straight to our facility and our staff members can help receive the delivery on your behalf and also set everything up for you in our party rooms. We will also clean everything up after your group is done.

For all our facility rentals, we require 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% on the day of the event when your group arrives.

We do occasionally run promotions on all our party packages and facility rentals and also offer a 10% loyalty discount for our repeat corporate guests if your company has hosted any team event at our facility in the past. Email us at info@fleeescape.com to inquire about active promotions.

We offer free rescheduling for facility rentals as long as you let us know about it 7 days prior. We recommend reserving your event for the most probable date and time when you can do your event for now and then reach out to us via email/ phone if you want to move it out. All our facility rentals are priced based on the duration and not the exact guest count so there should not be any problem with adding or removing guests as you get closer to the date of your event.
